At Modani Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modern home decor. If your selection doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 7-day return policy for most items in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local showroom within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure all furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original manufacturer packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a professional pickup or return the eligible smaller items to the nearest Modani warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
